This Privacy Policy outlines how Gene Slay’s Girls & Boys Club of St. Louis (“GSGBC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may collect, use, process, maintain and disclose information collected from you (“you” or “your”) when you access our website, located at https://www.gsgbcstl.org/ (the “Site”). 1.              Personal Information Collected

1.1.         Join Us as A Member. You may download application forms from our Site to join GSGBC. We will collect Personal Information including your name, phone numbers, family income and employer from the application forms. The Personal Information you disclose to us in connection with GSGBC memberships is provided strictly on a voluntary basis.

1.2.         Contact Us. If you fill out a web form available on our Site to contact us, we may collect Personal Information including your name and email address to resolve your inquiries or otherwise assist you. Personal Information collected to communicate with you are used to contact you to respond to your inquiries, and are not used to add you to our newsletter or another unsolicited marketing message (unless you also otherwise provide us with your Personal Information for those purposes).

1.3.         Donate to Us. You may submit certain Financial Information including your credit card number, expiration date and billing address via our Site to donate to our cause. A third party Classy Inc. collects and processes such Financial Information on behalf of us. If you choose to donate, the collection and processing of your Personal Information is governed by the privacy policy of Classy Inc., not by this Privacy Policy.

1.4.         Social Media. The Site allows you to share content with third-party social networking sites (e.g. Facebook® and YouTube®). If you choose to do this, your interactions with these third parties are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them, not by this Privacy Policy.

2.              Information Collected Automatically

While you are browsing the Site, we automatically log your Internet protocol (“IP”) address, certain other technical information, including your browser type and connection speed, and your activities while using the Site (such as the pages you visited, click rates, time spent on pages, etc.).   • Service Providers. We may share your Personal Information with affiliated and unaffiliated companies that perform tasks on our behalf related to our organization. Such tasks include managing and analyzing this Site, printing and mailing services, marketing services, trouble shooting by accessing users’ systems remotely (with users’ consents), surveys administration, social commerce and media services (e.g., Facebook, ratings, reviews, blog), and donation processing services.
